Students recapitulated the parts of the clock. This was done to ensure all students understand the time concept to hours and minutes. The concept of half an hour was explained through this video and a real clock.
Students were asked different questions by the teacher to show the hands of the clock and read the time.
Post lunch, students danced to the song 'I like to move it'. Then, they were divided into two groups based on their favourite season.
Students worked in groups to discuss the weather/ seasons and how they impact us. They also created a 'Season Kit' in each group.
Students contributed with their responses to create the seasons' kits. They were guided to write and/or draw the same in their notebooks.
Students also watched a song on seasons that helped them to create the season kit on 'Monsoon'.
It was fun to listen to their interesting experiences related to weather and seasons. :)
