Tuesday started with learning the concept of time through picture prompts and story problems.
Students worked in groups to identify the end times to hours and minutes from the starting time.
Students also drew the hands on the clocks to minutes and hours and calculated the time.
During our UOI lesson, we continued to inquire into the concept of interdependence. Students wrote and drew the sources that gives them energy.
Teachers took some responses from students, also drew some examples, and labelled them on the shared screen.
Students also learned interconnectedness through the interdependence web. They displayed the same with great enthusiasm through illustrations.
In Language, students were introduced to 'Conjunctions' with the help of a book.
They also played a game to identify conjunctions from the choices provided.
In groups, students wrote sentences related to their learning of conjunctions.
Students also looked at some picture prompts to create and write sentences using the conjunctions, and, but, and or.
