Thoughtful Thursday - Week 6

It is the end of yet another exciting week. We had two direct contact lessons with our students today where we recapitulated with the concept of comparing numbers in Maths by solving some questions to the picture prompt. Then students created numbers through their number cards and compared them using the symbols of greater than, less than, and equal to (>, < or =). Then, we also guided students to create numbers to order them from greatest to smallest and smallest to greatest numbers.
After the break, we continued with Maths practice for a while and thereafter the students reflected on the guest session that was conducted yesterday. We used the tool of two stars and a wish for the reflection of the session.
Students expressed their excitement about the different sessions they attended yesterday, marking the 'World Literacy Day'.
It was an awesome week with the students!
We are introducing the 'Book of the Weekend' from this week for you to enjoy. Please find the link to the book here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RVvJU-eHQR4&t=4s
This book was also done in the class during the week. Enjoy your long weekend!
Some gentle reminders- Please complete the tasks pending on Seesaw during the 'Island of Rest'.
Fill in the reflection of the week that will be sent with the Clickable Schedule and play the online Maths game that will be available once you complete the form.  :)
