Wonderful Wednesday

The day began with students sharing and displaying their favourite books and how much they love to read. Then, we had a read-aloud session of the book titled-'The Peace Book' by Todd Parr. The students had amazing responses to share while the book was read. After reading, we asked students what peace means to them and encouraged them to create a peaceful corner. They will share their ideas and plans for the peace corner tomorrow.

Some of the students were again taken through the Flipgrid activity to provide support to the ones who couldn't manage to log in and complete. The others who completed were guided to provide feedback to their peers in breakout rooms.
In Maths, we continued to practice skip counting of numbers by 3 and 5 using the hundred's board and MNP resources. We had to breakout rooms where the students were engaged and made a note of the same in their notebooks.
As we come to the end of our first unit of inquiry, students were guided to reflect on the unit using the Google Form. This was explained to all the students. They may complete the unit reflection by tomorrow. It has been posted as an announcement on Seesaw for all students.
We also discussed the plan for our unit-end celebrations during our check-in today. Most of the students expressed their interest and have provided us with the activities of their choice. Some of the students needed time to think and reflect and we will discuss with those students by tomorrow.
Loads of exciting things going on, it is a great learning experience for all of us. :)
