We introduced 'Flipgrid' with our students and assigned this topic to them. The teachers explained the task by asking questions to them in breakout rooms. Students are expected to present their opinion by observing the given picture in an art form of their choice. The examples provided by the students were to create something out of clay/ playdough or legos, draw and colour or paint. It is completely student choice how they would like to present their understanding. After creating the art piece, they can add a response to the activity by recording their video.
In Maths, we started with skip counting of numbers yesterday. Today we practised skip counting of numbers by 1, 2, and 10 in two breakout rooms. We also used an interactive hundred's board as a tool to gain a deeper understanding of the concept. The students practised skip counting of numbers forwards with the vocabulary more than and backward counting using the vocabulary less than. We also created number sentences using the vocabulary and symbols.During the check-in, our focus was recapitulating the concepts of Maths. So, we addressed both number bonds and skip counting.

Students had a great time learning and doing a recap of the concepts. They are expected to practice the concepts through the activities assigned on Seesaw.
